… photography, and photographers. Some good, some bad, some new to photography, some who have been at it for years, and any combination of the above.
So far, the start-stop journey I have had so far in photography has led me to taking what seems like thousands of photos, in a variety of formats, but having processed very few, and shared even fewer on the internet.
The difficulty then is finding a start point. Having carried out a 365 project in the past, this was easy, 1st January. In this instance, I have decided to start this blog with photos from a recent trip I took to New York where opportunities are endless.
Before I got there, there was of course the departure from London Heathrow. Flying British Airways, departure from Terminal 5 gave an ample view through the huge windows of the aircraft at the departure gates. Had I decided I was going to start this, then I would have taken more photographs.
Here are the few views at the airport I did take though. Taken with my trusty Fuji X100, black, for the gear junkies, one thing is for sure, my affair with the Fuji X series might only be 4 years old at the time of writing, but it is far from over. More from the trip will follow soon, very soon.
The images have been processed in adobe lightroom using some of my own presets, some of which I might share in the future, stay tuned …
